Experience with projects in exploration, field development, and brownfield optimization that involved diverse cultures, environmental sensitivity, and adherence to a wide range of local regulation, indigenous relations, and ESG requirements.
Worked with major companies such as Shell and ExxonMobil and large independent companies such as Kerr McGee, Encana, Suncor and Nexen (CNOOC).

Paola has worked in Colombia for Canacol Energy Ltd a Colombian based Canadian independent oil and gas company and Cenit who are 100% owned by the Colombian national oil company Ecopetrol. Cenit provides all hydrocarbon transportation, logistics, port and storage for Ecopetrol.

Over 14 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in drilling and completion fluids operations.
Worked for the multinational company Schlumberger in multiple countries including Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, and the USA developing projects for major Oil & Gas companies like Shell, Petrobras, OXY, and Ecopetrol both onshore and offshore, leading the implementation of new technologies to optimize drilling and completion.
Former operations manager for MI SWACO in Colombia with a deep understanding of the country’s operational requirements and unique geological conditions that lead him to receive industry recognition for digitalization and casing while drilling projects in Colombia.
Jorge is a Petroleum Engineer from the Universidad de America in Bogota, certified Six Sigma Back Belt focused in operational cost optimization and with additional studies including a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Science in Renewable Energy and Project management.
